Our project strives to make each personal voice valuable in the holy fight for better products and services. We call Shit-it! a mobile book of complaints, because people can send in SMS’s just from the spot.
Hence, someone looking for a company name on the web will get our site link with complaint on this company in the first line, instead of the official website! Each vote makes the shit we put on bad company heavier. Either they improve or they will be swept away by competitors — that’s a law.
You can shit anything from awful food in the hotel restaurant to travel company that didn’t fulfill you expectations. Goods, services, places — everything is shitable! But due to bad karma we prohibit shits containing political, national and religious topics.
