TripSailor
TripSailor.com is a community site specifically designed for sailors. You can share trip journals, photos, experiences among friends and other community members for FREE.
It allows you to publish your trip journal in a blog-like manner. A click-able map is automatically generated out of your waypoints, allowing visitors to click on the map and view the related journal entries and photos. You can add your crew members and protect your trip journal and photos by a “friends-only” setting.
The entire application uses the RESTful approach. Assets are stored into Amazon S3. TripSailor runs on a Amazon EC2 cluster with swiftiplied mongrels and nginx as server.
