Badair
A website for Portland’s Piedmont neighborhood to report Air Quality issues. Allows compiling all air quality complaints to build a historical record of the dates, times, conditions and odors that are cause of concern in their backyard. The goal is to compile enough data to discern a pattern that will lead us to the source(s) of the nuisance odors. To assist in this endeavor, neighbors simply sign up and then create records of any air quality events.
Result: Successfully cleaned up neighborhood of air toxicity stemming from Vancouver Iron & Steel.
