This list gets longer as our problems change, so you'll need to be excited about learning and applying new solutions. They work with Twitter and Facebook APIs every day, so experience with OAuth or external APIs of any kind is a major plus also use Git - you don't need to be a ninja (you can learn from our resident expert) but you should be familiar with it. Seeking "full-stack" developers, so whilst you don't necessarily need to know the ins-and-outs of Javascript lexical scoping, you should probably know what $() does in jQuery. The usual CSS/HTML familiarity is a given. ;) Candidates must have strong SCRUM experience Writing unit tests using modern framework like Shoulda, RSpec, or Cucumber should be second nature to you, and you should be comfortable performing and receiving code reviews.
