The team includes over 60 marketing professionals specializing in strategic planning, management, media, creative, production and web development. The Opportunity: Front-End Web Developer With RoR What The Role Is All About: Take creative design concepts and work with the team to take those concepts online Hand coding standards compliant HTML/XHTML/CSS Strong understanding of web standards & JavaScript (including AJAX) Experience with Ruby on Rails or other MVC frameworks Experience dealing with diverse browsers and platforms Experience with version control such as Subversion NON-TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Good verbal and written communication skills, must work well with tight deadlines and a strong desire to learn new technologies.
