About Us AdaptiveLab is a creative technology company that designs innovative products and services for clients as well as crafting it's own and we're hoping you'd like to join us to help us grow. What we're looking for We're looking for a senior level developer with experience in crafting high-performance, intuitive web applications, to lead our technology team. You should have a minimum 3 years experience working with RoR and experience leading and inspiring talented teams of developers in an agile environment. - Demonstrable experience building top-class, consumer web application interfaces
 - Experience with web/REST services with Rails, UNIX/Linux, MySQL, Apache, XML, JSON, JavaScript, AJAX 
- Curious, in new technologies and the impact they have as well as complementary disciplines - Experience with Git and Github - Test driven development - Pro-active approach - Attention to detail and pride in work that is committed - Interest in social technologies and trends - Comfortable and confident speaking with clients/stakeholders - Aware of commercial/business constraints to help prioritise/focus deliverables 
- Strong command of web standards and best practices
 - Worked in a fast paced agile environment with continuous integration, unit/integration/load/performance testing You will be expected to have a strong interest and play a key role in driving the direction the business develops in. We know you'll be looking for more than a competitive salary so we hope that autonomy, flexibility and a variety of projects to work on will interest you in the position. The role is for a full-time position but could be preceded (if you would like) by a contract period as we understand you might want to try us out.
