Ruby on Rails Developer

Pay: $100K+ Per Year: DOE

You need to be passionate about Ruby and RoR (because that's what we love) and want to build innovative products in the user loyalty and analytics vertical. We are in a new and explosive market, where we are helping publishers improve their audience loyalty, gain true insight into their communities, and increase behavioral conversions on desired outcomes. We do this by applying proven techniques from social gaming to the rest of the web. Passion for big data is also a plus, since we have tons of it we gather from our clients and need faster and better ways to make sense of it all. We have big fun problems to solve and need your help. Requirements: Minimum 2 years Ruby on Rails experience. You have worked with live web applications of medium to large scale and are a team player comfortable with agile software development. You contribute to open source projects (link to your github account would be great). In more detail: * Experience building complete web applications in Rails (examples required). * Experience creating Web Services (REST) * Excellent grasp of MVC and DRY principles. * Comfortable using jQuery. * Experience with OAuth, REST APIs, building web services. * BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience Bonus points: * Familiar with TDD or BDD * Experience scaling Rails apps and MySQL * Master of HTML, CSS2/CSS3 and Javascript Perks: Everyone's different, and thus we have custom perks for everyone.
