We are a small team of experienced developers geographically distributed working with Skype, Pivotal Tracker and GitHub. Trade2Win is the leading financial trading community online, with over 160,000 members, and have been online since 2001. We Are Looking For: - Work to UK hours (ideally GMT+/-3 hrs) - Excellent english and communication skills. - Able to work and communicate effectively in a "virtual office". Prior experience desireable. Technical Skills: - Worked professionally with ruby/rails for 2+ years - Experience deploying and launching real-world applications - 3 years professional experience - Experience with JQuery or Prototype - Experience with TDD and Agile methodologies Desireable skills: - Experience writing servers or background processes - Working with distributed lists/queues - Experience with the FIX protocol - JRuby experience - Git experience - Experience with alternative testing frameworks like RSpec, Cucumber, Mocha, RR, Context, Matchy - Understanding of web security concepts such as SQL injections, XSS, CSRF, etc. - Experience with Pivotal Tracker (Agile/Scrum methodologies) Why Work With Us?
