Our environment is very laid back, easy going, and fun. You'll work on a variety of interesting projects to keep you on your toes and up to date with new technologies. We're also very involved with the open source community. You'll be working with members of our team that were responsible for creating the "logic" gems (authlogic, searchlogic, etc.).
