I’ve been working with Ruby on Rails since my company (Lighthouse International) decided to go with some open source alternatives to the Microsoft stuff we had been stuck with for many years. We’ve developed a patient tracking app and moved our corporate web sites to rails environments.

As of right now, I consider myself a Rails novice, but I learn more every day and I’ve start my own personal RoR project.
