How we work: ■Test driving our code in pairs ■Quick daily standups to guarantee good flow of communication ■Agile software development that's pragmatic, not dogmatic ■Everyone tests, builds, and ships. Step up and own a deployment - if it breaks, fix it. Waiting for the X person to come and fix the Y problem just isn't how we work.
