Working With Rails

As an application developer and systems analyst with 7 years of experience, I find the philosophies that motivated the development of the Rails framework extremely healthy and appealing. At my last position I had the opportunity to work on several Rails projects, focusing both on maintaining and refactoring bad implementations as well as on creating new sites from the ground up. I’m excited about using Rails in an agile development process, where stakeholder participation allows both developer and client to work as a team and share a common approach to solving business problems.
