Systems architect transitioning from a J2EE/Oracle perspective to the lightweight (relatively speaking) rails framework. Areas of particular interest are data driven web application frameworks. This has been very slow to catch-on i n Java land but the productivity benefits are enormous and particularly suitable for proof-of-concept exploration.

Although I am a rails newbie could lend a hand to anyone attempting rails/active record integration to an Oracle back-end as I have 15yrs of hard core Oracle experience.
