I have a long experience in Java, and am looking to branch out into Ruby on Rails.
The most valuable experiences I have to offer relate to the adoption of Agile/Pragmatic development technologies and practices. Many problems encountered by software development teams seem to be either communication-based, or based on the impact of the business reality (budgets, etc.) onto the solution. The question of how to improve communication and respect the business reality on these teams is interesting to me—if solving these problems are important to your business, we should talk: I may be interested in helping.
