Ruby on Rails Developer Needed Yesterday

BillMonitor.com is the most objective & independent comparison service for mobiles in the UK. We want to become the place where everyone goes to find their best mobile tariff plan. We're looking for someone great to join our close-knit team of engineers, designing and building BillMonitor.com, like yesterday; someone who loves to build web sites and loves responsibility. This is a salaried full-time position in Oxford. Salary will be commensurate with experience. ### Role & Responsibilities ### * Work side-by-side with our web designer developing new features and functionality for BillMonitor.com * Work with a team of developers to continually improve, maintain and update the BillMonitor web site * Enhance our web-based administration interfaces ### Requirements ### * 3-5 years experience in web development * Demonstrable experience developing & deploying Ruby on Rails web sites in the real world * Practical experience in debugging and tuning web sites * Understands web security issues * You're smart, gets things done, and agile * We're a team (rogue pirates and ninjas need not apply) (Are you really jazzed about BillMonitor but don't know Ruby or Ruby on Rails?
