Working With Rails

I’m just a regular guy who happens to love programming, video-games, movies, books, StarTrek, OO and, of course, my family and above of all my sweet Lord Jesus.

I’m a brazilian guy who doesn’t care about samba, soccer or rain forests (argh, we are much better without all those mosquitoes). I like a cold beer, sunny days on the beach, enjoying the view of beatiful brazilian girls that seems to exists only there (hey, did I tell that I’m married? I just enjoy the view)...;)

About Ruby: First thought: Huh? another programming language?!

Second thought: Hmmm…this closure thing is interesting…

Third thought: OMG, this is fun, and smart, and it’s alive!!!

Well, not quite alive, but indeed fun and smart. I hope to deliver some high-quality applications in Rails in the next months (open source license) as an exercise of RoR programming. I’m also trying to spread the news inside IBM (at least to my peers): Ruby IS the next big thing in IT.
