As the Creative Director at Sparkplug, Matt’s diverse background gives him a unique perspective on the convergence of psychology, technology and design. His ability to thoughtfully develop a concept from spark to iteration to success makes him a key participant in every Sparkplug project. Prior work experience includes positions at Wieden+Kennedy and Addis, where he specialized in technology and web development. At Microsoft and the University of Oregon he focused on usability research and teaching. He has a B.A. from The Evergreen State College where he studied psychology and anthropology. He also holds a Teaching Credential from Saint Mary’s College of California.
