Working With Rails

Over the last years, I have worked with a wide range of tools and technologies, from desktop applications using Delphi, C++ and Java until web applications using Php and Ruby on Rails.

Actually, I’m a self-employed developer working with web techonologies and focused in provide smart solutions with agile methodologies and Xtreme Programming.

I have experience with X/HTML, Javascript/Ajax, SQL (any RDBM but most of the time I’ve worked with MySQL and PostgreSQL), software design and testing (TDD/BDD).

I’ve worked for local companies as Junior/Senior developer, doing the design and development of a wide range of applications. I also worked and applied my knowledge and experience to outside customers and foreign companies (with position as freelance developer)

Experience: Ruby, Rails, DB design, Javascript, jQuery, Ajax, ERB, Haml, MySQL, Capistrano, performance issues, code refactoring, etc
