Working With Rails

I am Co-Founder and Director of Customer Engagement Strategies at a Websuasion, LLC. With over a decade of web development experience combined with an insight into user psychology and persuasive design, I advise businesses on how to best utilize the internet and social media to build strong relationships with their customers. I occasionally participate in panels or guest speak on “the value of web presence” and “improving customer engagement”.

I created and co-developed the Capocus! Productive Web Publishing system, a web application which seamlessly integrates web publishing with web marketing and dramatically speeds development turnaround. Built on top of Ruby on Rails, our system is a Rails Engine plugin which provides authentication, CMS, tagging, asset management, social network integration, payment processing, etc.
