I’m a freelance software developer with over ten years of experience building applications for business, government and non-profits.
Over the years I’ve used a number of different technologies such as Lotus Notes and Java/JSP/Struts, but I work almost exclusively in Rails now, with occasional side trips to PHP when a client insists.
Since summer 2005 I have built six large-scale Rails applications that run core business processes for customers in the Toronto area.
In early 2008, I started a software company: Shindig Digital Constructions Inc., to build, host, and sell Rails-based web applications. The first product is the S.O.S.: The Store Ordering System, which manages all aspects of retail signage programs.
