Working With Rails

Based out of Vancouver, Canada with close to 11 years of web development experience ranging from Development, Design, System Administration, to Architect.

Nathaniel has taught multiple workshops on Rails after working with the technology since May 2005. He organizes the Canada on Rails (http://canadaonrails.com) conference series, which initially was the first ever Ruby on Rails conference in the world.

Being a major advocate of the benefits of utilizing Open Source from a business and global evolutionary stance, Nathaniel continues to look for more ways to encourage the growth and adoption of Open Source within the corporate and non-profit sectors.

He has published several plugins for Rails including DateBocks, an intuitive date input (http://datebocks.inimit.com).

Nathaniel is actively looking for new contracts to expand his experience and challenge him in all areas of web technology, with a special focus on all projects concerning eCommerce.
