He has been working with web technologies since 1999.

Sergio has created some open source projects such as Bayesian Networks for Ruby, General Genetic Algorithms for Ruby, among others.

Has developed a Ruby on Rails plugin that easily puts voice into RoR applications (FestivalTTSOnRails).
