Working With Rails

I’ve been working with ruby and rails off and on for years. Unfortunately, but not surprisingly, Microsoft, my employer for the past 12 years, hasn’t afforded me many opportunities to hone those skills. On a huge leap of faith, I’m shedding my corporate ties and becoming a fully-fledged member of the open source community (I’ve actually been an open source contributor for many years). The perfect job would be an apprenticeship role I can grow in. Honestly, I think once I’m able to focus more intently on rails (and all the corollary goodness) I’ll be wicked productive in no time. Unrelated to rails, but I’m also very comfortable with JavaScript and agile development.
