Working With Rails

Karthik Sirasanagandla is an Application Developer at ThoughtWorks. He has over 7 years of experience in various capacities and has been lucky enough to be a part of many projects from end-to-end, right from ideation/inception to delivery an production support.

He has been infected by the Ruby-fever for over a year and a half and isn’t seeing/seeking any cure for it. He enjoys getting the fundamentals right in any technology and has been evangelizing the spirit in various forums like geek-weekends, conferences etc.

He has so far spoken at the following conferences:

2. XConf-Bangalore 2010, on “Fundamentals of functional programming language”

3. AgileTour 2011, Chennai, Lightening talks on “Planning is more important than the plans by themselves” to stress the importance of Agility and “Team attitude towards Continuous Integration”

Karthik spends his spare time reading and writing tweets, blogs, articles etc. Practicing and learning to code better and better. He is also an avid reader of books both technical and non-technical.
