I have been a Ruby on Rails developer since the first stable release years ago.

A strong Agile developer with lots of experience of test and behaviour driven development with RSpec and Cucumber. I am also an experienced Linux, Solaris and FreeBSD sys admin and know a bit about Cisco firewalls and switching too.

Interested in virtualisation, commerce and tricky ‘big data’ projects. Always willing to discuss a juicy project if you have one.

An experienced teleworker, I am willing to work for companies worldwide but do need to be based in the UK due to family commitments.
