Ever since I met a recruiter and appreciated their functionality more than execution and became one myself – ever since I started networking with rails enthusiasts and engineers despite forewarning by those who did not believe in the adoption of RoR – ever since I identified the majority of rails technologists to be similar to myself in entrepreneurial spirit, passion and drive – I have been a part of the rails community.
