Project manager leading small Rails teams developing custom applications. Can provide you a tun-key app development.

Myself = mainly front-end designer and developer, with solid knowledge of ruby / rails. Able to slice my designs, code html(5)+css(3)+js, convert them to Rails views and commit directly do repository (using Git), close cooperation with backend developers.

Also working with javascript a lot, mainly jQuery (able to develop basic plugins) and experimenting with backbone.js, sproutcore, jquery mobile, etc.

Speak fluent English (even have some Cambridge BEC Higher certificate, worked in a US company in the past).
