I am a Ruby on Rails web developer with a focus on Test Driven and Behavior driven development. I prefer working in an Agile, Scrum based environment. I prefer lightweight project management with short meetings and discussions around a white board to sketch out ideas. I have a few open source contributions that are in place in production applications. I try and keep code as clean, modular and simple as possible, incorporating refactoring in each development cycle. I think CI is an essential part of a test-based approach. I believe that focusing on User Journeys and conversion goals leads to a much better product, higher profitability and generally happier environment.
