I’m at a music startup and we are looking for an expert Rails developer to join as a co-founder. The current team consists of a founder/CEO, a backend engineer and a frontend engineer. We each has some knowledge of Rails but definitely not experts. Looking for a lead developer who will be our Rails guru. Compensation will be in founder’s equity until we launch our alpha and raise VC funds. Part-time OK if you can do a minimum of 20 hours / week.
