Working With Rails

I have been a management and technical advisor for more than 15 years, operating at a strategic and management level. I hold a PhD in Risk Management and believe that I am a versatile consultant, who thrives on challenges and who has a talent for proactively identifying and providing manageable and sustainable solutions.

Most notably, I have developed and implemented performance- and risk-based Expert Business Intelligence tools as part of a number of tender and post-tender PPP and PFI deals.

I have provided support to Tender teams, Business consortia and Government bodies, supporting the development of IT strategies, optimising business and asset plans and implementing Decision Support tools.

My most recent projects include the M25 DBFO, Dutch Gelre Rail, Dutch Zuid High Speed Rail and Tube Lines. I have also supported clients in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan implementing Systems Assurance and Safety Management Systems, as part of Rail and Highways projects.

Currently I am supporting EC Harris LLP in providing Whole Life Cost Modelling works for the new Crossrail link (in London), I am a director with Asset Performance Management Ltd, and I run a web development agency called rocrabbit.
