Working With Rails

I’m currently an independent developer interested in 60-100% job offers principally for PHP/MySQL but also Objective-C (iPhone) and Ruby/Rails. I’m also comfortable doing Mac/Windows/Unix administration in parallel (I taught Networking and Protocols at the 1st/2nd year university level).

I have been only been doing Rails over the last year (creating an international multi-language e-learning workflow driven dynamic multi-language Web site) and PHP 4.2 (some5.3) & MySQL 3.2 (medical image databases and medical studies databases) for the past 6 years (J2EE java applets and servlets before that)(C++ before that)(Fortran Pascal Lisp Prolog lonnngg before that). My current Rails efforts are spent on adding translations to above-mentioned app and expanding the functionalty for the World Health Organization.

Now I am interested in working MORE on Rails and developing my knowledge on how to add integration into current web culture (FB YouTube Twitter LinkedIn Peanut lastFM, Delicious, etc.).
