I am a technology enthusiast currently focusing on Ruby on Rails. My experience ranges over the full gambit of Web Technologies, from Front-End design to Back-end database management. I could list all the different aspects of web development/design that I have been involved in but that list is far too long. It is better to ask what I have not used or done.

I also take great pleasure in managing a team and helping them achieve their own personal goals while meeting the needs of the project we are in. I have become a convert of Agile development practices over the last couple of years. Agile has enhanced my ability to more clearly visualize for the client what is being done to achieve his/her business goals.

As far as technology is concerned right now I am exploring Capistrano . I never really explored shell scripting so with my experience with Ruby Capistrano is a perfect fit. I have even gone so far as to use it with my PHP projects.
