Working With Rails

I am a Co-Owner of Dr Dispatch Transportation Software and lead developer of the software – which is currently a Win32 app written in Delphi.

I’ve decided to migrate to Rails. Ruby is just too beautiful NOT to use it – and the Rails framework impresses me.

I’m almost diving into Django – I have projects where Django and it’s admin interface can make a LOT of sense.

I come from a primarily enterprise level networking and Unix (let’s not get caught up on technicalities here – FreeBSD/Linux/OpenBSD/Solaris/HP-UX/NetBSD were my fortes).

I’m an avid aviation enthusiast, music snob, and drummer.
