Working With Rails

I have 3 years of solid professional Rails experience, as well as 8 years of solid SQL and object-oriented programming before that. I am currently working as the Director of Engineering for a California start-up. In the last few months, I have built them both a small but cool Facebook app as well as an online Reporting platform with Flash-based graphs, file exports, cron ftp pulls and a lot of other cool stuff. I am very professional and would be an asset to anyone who needs to build a web app from the ground up, or better yet, a few of them.

I also speak fluent French and would be happy to relocate permanently to Europe because I would like to apply for an E.U passport.

I am looking to relocate to either Paris, Amsterdam, or Antwerp and I will consider any full-time telecommute.
