Working With Rails

I’m a relative newcomer to the Rails space, but have been developing applications professionally for telecommunications companies for right around 10 years now (mostly with Perl/CGI and Perl/Tk), and have worked in everything from retail sales through technical support to systems administration before doing App Development professionally. Because of this, I find that I’m remarkably well-suited to communicate effectively to “sell” my ideas, understand the needs of support staff to effectively serve customers, and manage the systems my applications run on. It’s a somewhat unique combination. I’m passionate about working with Rails, and looking for the chance to really immerse myself in Rails development.
