Working With Rails

Gilbert Flamino has spent the last 15 years involved in making business technology understandable, practical, and expedient. He has successfully leveraged his technical skill and easy communications style to the benefit of several leading telecommunications, manufacturing and broadband companies, and now moved into the Silicon Valley startup scene. Gilbert has recently completed several projects involving the development of core back office systems including video content management, set-top-box asset manufacturing and inventory, and subscriber management utilizing Ruby on Rails.

Previous project work includes; due diligence analysis related to the purchase of several broadband networks, and provided independent review services to multi-system operators related to their IT planning and project execution.
