Working With Rails

Over 4 years of experience in the IT industry. I work for Avantica Technologies since 2006, currently as Project Lead. I’ve helped deliver high quality, on time and on budget, software solutions for Silicon Valley’s key players like Chordiant Software, Shutterfly Inc. and Ingrian Networks.

My tech interests/experience include .Net and JEE in their several flavors, Scrum/Agile and CMMi methodologies. Knowing and learning major emerging technologies is a key for my permanent professional development.

I graduated as Computer Sciences Engineer from Costa Rica Institute of Tech in 2004. My main interests are Project and Business Management. I have a PMP certification and want a masters degree in Enterprises Direction.

I’m Catholic, love dance and running, share with my family and friends. I live downtown San Jose with my wife Adriana.
