Working With Rails

Previously a professional musician and guitar tech, I have toured with and built stringed instruments for some of the best musicians in the world. Now I am blessed with a family and my focus has been removed from the open road. Six years ago, I finished the migration from Windows to Linux and have never looked back. With a solid foundation in Linux, BASH, and MySQL, I am moving into my first fully Object Oriented language with Ruby and am learning how to apply that to a increasingly more web-centric world utilizing the Rails Framework. I am a beginner, so feel free to offer input when you see me making an obvious mistake ;)
