I’ve been a Software architect / developer for 10 years. Lately I started questioning the way projects are being developed in my environment, finding Agile a fresh air and a way to stop being stubborn when delivering projects.

The agile manifesto has to find its roots in our influence area, because it is the only way to stop having contract revocations,and angry clients who prefer not to implement technology just to save the pain of a software project.

PMI and RUP have good basis, but those are NOT agile!!! Lets bring a new toolbox with RoR, the new MVC framework from MSFT and things like Joomla or Sharepoint to provide the client what s/he needs!
