3CM has also developed a multiplayer casual games platform (www.wazooh.com) that will take casual gaming to the next level. Live multiplayer games and live webcam connections are features that make the platform unique. The technology behind the platform is very sophisticated and ground breaking.

200 million people worldwide play casual games on a daily basis. The company is on the verge of a large scale international roll out. To realize this growth 3CM is looking for a number of very experienced and motivated programmers that are interested in contributing to a new and unique platform and an big international adventure.

The work location is in the heart of Amsterdam (Behind “De Dam” square on the Herengracht). The team of programmers works on the website, platform and games. The multiplayer flash games consist of a front end that is developed in Action Script 3 and a backend in Python. The Games platform is also developed in Python and the website in Ruby on Rails. Our team consists of experts from various disciplines: AS3'er, Designers / HTML'ers, ROR and Python developers.

Requirements:
• Strong experience with RoR
• Linux systems management experience
• Experience with SQL Databases.

Education and Experience:
• Professional RoR experience & Experience working on high volume websites
