Carrie & Danielle, Inc. is a lifestyle media company built on the personal brand of its founders, Carrie McCarthy and Danielle LaPorte. Together Carrie and Danielle have created a consulting practice and published an Amazon best-selling book guiding women to make conscious choices in every part of their lives, from fashion to relationships to spirituality.

Today our website is bare-bones, but we’re building an online community for an audience that’s already passionate about our brand. Not another "me-too" social network, but a complete set of tools to plan and organize your life with meaning and authenticity.

We’re looking for an experienced, innovative and brilliant programmer to lead the development of our site. This role is critical to our success, and you’ll be a key part of our small team.

Qualifications / Requirements:

* BSc or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
* Experience in designing and developing large scale websites and applications
* Understanding of object-oriented concepts and dynamic languages
* Ruby on Rails expertise
* Ability to excel in a startup environment.
* Ability to motivate, inspire and lead a team.
* Most of all, someone who can execute relentlessly…
