Requirements:
- Sound understanding of new technologies and enthusiasm for building highly-scalable system infrastructures
- 5+ years high-perf/scalable of web-based and distributed systems
- 2+ years experience with Ruby, Ruby on Rails
- 2+ years Javascript, AJAX and other “rich web” techniques
- Dev on Mac and Linux
- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQLServer, Oracle
- Expert with client/server networked applications
- Ability to understand and master new technologies quickly
- Willingness to learn and to teach

Highly desired experience:
- Mobile device development
- Leadership skills

Must be in Seattle
