Required experience:BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 2+ years experience developing web applications. 1+ yr experience with Ruby on Rails · SQL Server Database experience with NOSQL or MongoDB preferred. Beneficial but not required: Experience working with Git or other VCS. · Has experience using the Model View Controller pattern and Ajax. Able to present a webpage to a user and post complex form data to the server using jQuery.· Follows Eric Evans’ Domain Driven Design (DDD) and understands how to model, maintain, and enhance a domain model for green field development. · Values techniques from Michael Feathers and Jeremy Miller and has knowledge on how to employ the use of TDD to create a set of unit and integration tests of code that employs the use of Mocking Frameworks.· Experience using dependency injection techniques using an IoC Container.· Understands the SOLID principles and knows the Adapter, Repository, and Decorator patterns.· Has used an ORM such as NHibernate and are comfortable creating new models as well as mapping to legacy Databases that was built not using DDD concepts.· Values Agile methodologies such as Scrum and XP principles
