A number of Ruby on Rails positions are currently available within the Melbourne based product team including a Technical Lead and 2 x Mid to Senior Level Front-End RoR Developers. The team operates a SCRUM based Agile approach including daily stand-up meetings, story-boards and user –stories, fortnightly iterations, retrospectives etc. Passion and experience developing in Agile is a must. Their core applications are built on a Java/Ruby on Rails platform – JRuby, Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Ruby on Rails, Selenium, Cucumber, Sinatra, Capistrano, Linux etc.

RoR Technical Lead – this leadership position will have responsibility for the design and architecture the product suite, providing technical guidance and mentoring to a cross-functional development/QA team. As a thought-leader in Ruby on Rails you will be given support and fostered to drive the Ruby on Rails Community in Melbourne/Australia.

2 x Mid to Senior Level Front-End RoR Developers - these mid to senior level roles will see you designing and developing in Ruby on Rails, CSS, JavaScript, HTML and a host of open source tools. Ideally suited to developers with 3 + years solid Ruby on Rails and 5 + years industry experience with a background in Java, JavaScript and CSS. You are a regular attendee at RoR and Agile conferences and you are passionate about giving back to the community.
