Working With Rails

We're currently looking for developers to enforce our Ruby on Rails development team of 10 people. You'll work in a smart, committed, friendly and experienced team, and develop a popular, high traffic Rails application in Germany.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* at least 3 years of proven experience in developing professional websites and applications
* having completed at least one project with Ruby on Rails, being exposed to the full development cycle
* in-depth knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language
(Ruby, Java, C++, Python, PHP, Perl, ...) and general OOP concepts
* knowlegde of software development methodologies, in particular agile development and testing
* Fluent in English. German is a plus.
