What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a superstar Ruby on Rails developer, well-versed in agile development methodologies and able to deliver high-quality, modular code with speed and precision. You must be comfortable working with the entire application stack, from back-end database to user interface implementation. You must have experience building scalable web applications that can support millions of users and tens of millions of transactions. Startup experience and a degree from a top tier CS program are big pluses.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Passion for writing reliable web code that’s solid enough to support super high traffic
• Expertise with web servers and relational databases like MySQL, preferably building consumer-facing web applications in a high-traffic environment
• Strong experience with object-oriented scripting languages like Ruby or Python and experience with frameworks like Rails or Django
• Strong C/C++ experience and comfortable with low-level data structures
• Startup experience a plus
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science (or equivalent) from top tier school
