FRONT END GURU

What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for a front-end guru who has a phenomenal design sense and a passion for creating intuitive, clean interfaces for large-scale, consumer-facing web applications. You need to have a strong Javascript/AJAX background and be an expert at hand-coding XHTML and CSS cross browser.

You must be able to write modular, object-oriented code and have experience with Javascript frameworks (YUI, Scriptaculous, Dojo). Experience with Ruby on Rails and a degree from a top tier CS program are big pluses.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Good design sense and passion for creating products users love
• Expertise writing modular, object-oriented JavaScript and using frameworks such as YUI, Scriptaculous, or Dojo...you’re comfortable with the box models, the DOM, the JavaScript prototype chain, XMLHttpRequest, and JavaScript debuggers
• Expertise with Ruby or Python and frameworks like Rails or Django
• Expertise hand-coding XHTML and CSS cross-browser
• Experience with Flash/Flex a plus
• Startup experience a plus
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science (or equivalent) from top tier school
