Working With Rails

Ideal candidates will have strong communication and project management skills, like working in a start up environment, have both front end and back end web development experience, web product management and interaction design /UX experience, can collaborate with other team members, is a quick learner, and has the ability to do great work in short timelines, and multitask across different projects.
