We’re looking for a talented product engineer to help us take Zendesk to the next level in terms of features and functionality.

You will be part of a great team with the glorious mission of building an unparalleled customer service application. You have a knack for finding creative solutions to challenging problems. Your attention to detail and quality is excellent and above all you enjoy being an integral part of a team effort.

You have significant Ruby on Rails experience and you are passionate about web application development – preferably you have one or more open source projects to document this.

Whether you tend to gravitate towards front-end or back-end development, we have the challenges to make you tick.

Other than being an excellent Ruby on Rails developer, you believe in agile development and you’re confident in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Git, OS X, Linux and MySQL.
