Working With Rails

My company has a client that is looking for Ruby on Rails developers who can do the following.

Position Description;
Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and strength in all the Rails fundamentals * Demonstrable knowledge of Javascript and CSS (preferably leveraging jQuery) * Knowledge of search frameworks such as Sphinx * Develop and expand infrastructure to process many millions of page views and transactions with fault-tolerance and predictability * Troubleshoot and maintain production and testing environments. Contribute to diagnosing and solving performance issues whenever the occur * Be a team player in a flat-structured, highly collaborative environment.

They are looking to hire multiple professionals very quickly.
